WHiSe III (co-located)

3rd Workshop on Humanities in the Semantic web (WHiSe III)

WHiSe is a workshop series aimed at strengthening communication between scholars in the Digital Humanities and Linked Data communities. Thus far, it has been co-located with the largest international conferences in the Semantic Web research domain (ESWC 2016, ISWC 2017), resulting in 23 published papers across two proceedings volumes. Many of these papers have presented mature technologies, adoption cases and contributions to a harmonic ecosystem for Semantic Web technologies in the Humanities where the life-cycle of structured data plays a crucial role.
